Stone was wrong size (why not bring a sample for comparison) , there was a delivery charge ( well duh!!!), their hours didn’t suit me  etc. etc.
I have only been the once and I bought a few pieces of rock to landscape a raised bed. Cost was less than $40 but they were extremely polite and helpful. I think some folks are never satisfied. I’ll definitely be back.

The service folks at the store are professional and friendly. Pricing is fair (nothing is cheap), quality is good and they delivered to my schedule.

My wife and I have used them now for two houses (our previous and current home), and we have appreciated the quality of mulch they provide. The prices are reasonable and delivery is timely. And, a wonderful surprise this last go around: They contacted us to see if we wanted move up our delivery time because a spot opened up sooner. The timing went from great to perfect!
